Prets and Sollit take the next step: making life easier for installers

Prets and Sollit are taking the next step in their partnership. Since March 2026, installers have been able to include financing for home energy improvements through Prets directly in Sollit’s quoting process. The integration is now being expanded with new features that make their daily work even easier. This creates a smoother path from quote to financed home improvements.
From integrations to ongoing improvement
The partnership began with a clear goal: to make financing an integral part of the decision to improve a home’s energy efficiency. When an installer creates a quote in Sollit, the customer can explore financing options through Prets. Alongside the total amount, they can see the monthly cost and different financing options.
Prets then helps complete the application, while Sollit remains the familiar place for quotes, scheduling and installation. Financing can therefore be part of the sales process instead of a separate journey.
But a good integration is never truly finished.
Greater insight into the customer journey
Prets and Sollit are continuing to develop the integration together. An important next step is giving installers a clearer view of where a prospective customer is in the financing process. Is the application still being prepared? Are documents being gathered? Or is the proposal with the lender?
That status will soon be visible directly in the installer’s familiar workspace. Installers will know when following up would help and when it is better to let Prets take care of the next step.
“The initial integration brought financing into the customer journey at the right moment. Now we’re making that journey smarter with every step. Each improvement should make things easier for the installer and clearer for the customer,” says Eugene Lubbers, CEO of Prets.
“By deepening our partnership, we can respond more quickly to what users need in practice. Step by step, we’re building a process that fits the daily work of installation companies better,” says Bob van de Worp, Head of Strategy at Sollit.
Built for day-to-day work
For installers, the main benefit is a process that flows naturally: from quote to payment question, and from payment question to the right next step. Neither the customer nor the installer has to keep figuring out where to go.
“I like to work quickly. It saves me time when I don’t have to switch between two different dashboards. I can now see where the customer is in the process and know whether I need to take action. This works much better for me than using two separate systems,” says Aarief Weis, Operations Manager at Solaris Prime.
Continuing to build the path from quote to go-ahead
This deeper partnership is not the end point. Prets and Sollit will keep listening, developing and improving. Insights from day-to-day work will become features that make installers’ jobs easier and give homeowners clarity sooner.
Step by step, they are creating an ever smoother path from quote to go-ahead.
